Watson Commercial Construction, Ltd., is a Texas based company that offers commercial construction services to the East Texas area. The main office is located at 2233 Deerbrook Dr., Tyler, TX. The company is filed with the State of Texas and registered as a limited partnership.

Watson Commercial Construction, Ltd. believes that success is not measured by dollars alone.  Certainly, profit is an indicator of success, but more importantly, relationships that are established during the course of a project, indicates the level of success truly achieved.  Our goal, when a project begins, is that at the conclusion, the client has received the end result he expected, and is completely satisfied with the quality of work delivered and is excited about being able to use their new facility.  If we are able to do this, then the project has been thoroughly successful.
 
We believe that we have been hired to take care of the client’s construction needs completely, to protect the financial interests of our clients, and to deliver the best possible facility available in the market today.

Your project will be staffed with an experienced and qualified superintendent that will be dedicated to your project and your project only.  He will be there each day for the duration of the project and until your satisfaction has been achieved.  He is responsible to coordinate subcontractors, control quality, and run an efficient and cost effective project.  A project manager will be assigned to your project to take care of the administrative and financial issues.  The project manager will be in direct contact with the project superintendent on a daily basis to discuss progress, resolve job related problems, and monitor costs, among other administrative duties.

Our History

Brad Watson graduated from Texas A&M University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. Upon graduation, he was employed for 27 years by two of Tyler’s major commercial construction firms. In October, 2003, Brad started Watson Commercial Construction, Ltd., where he holds the office of President. Brad’s successful track record, reputation of fairness, honesty and professionalism has led our company to be well known as providing the highest quality product and service available.
